Which payment methods are available?
We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment options will be added in the future.
What currency is used to process my order?
All orders are processed in USD (dollars). While the content may be displayed in the currency of your country, you will check out using USD (Dollars) at the most current exchange rate
Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us with in 12 hours upon confirmation of order. Unfortunately, order cancellations and modifications are not available after 12 hours.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once you order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our support team by going to Contact Us, they will be glad to assist you. Most contact questions and inquiries are answered within two business days.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking will be available for 5 - 7 days after you have placed your order. Please reach out if you haven't received your tracking number after 7 days by contacting our support team.
What is your refund policy?
We have taken the time to put together a detailed Refund Policy, document for your convenience.
Can I return sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
